Who am I ?
My name is Gregory, married with 2 kids ! We do not live (unfortunately) in the area for professional reasons.
Deeply attached to L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue where my paternal family has been living for 3 generations, and 4 centuries in Menerbes (a charming village to visit !), I took care of this family Villa to guarantee a memorable experience.
We regularly come here to take a break and recharge the batteries.

A 30% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking, either on this site using the Credit Card payment module, or by contacting me directly and we will proceed in the traditional manner (PDF contract to sign, scan, send back to me, then payment by bank transfer, Paypal, check or cash).
Check-in is possible from 4pm and check-out (departure from the house) must be done no later than 10am. However, we can arrange to change the check-in/check-out times if necessary. Bertrand will welcome you in most cases, but an independent arrival is also possible.

No, in a reasonable manner, please respect the accommodation and do not organize parties or gatherings within it. Any noise pollution must indeed be stopped between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m., according to the rules in force in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and more particularly to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
Yes, provided that your request is made at least 2 months before your arrival. In this case, your 30% deposit will be fully refunded.
It is quite possible to park alongside the house in the street of the private subdivision, however you also benefit from 2 parking spaces behind the electric gate of the house.
Yes, towels are systematically provided, and can be renewed on request (especially in the case of a long stay). The washing machine is also at your disposal if necessary.
Yes, but you may be asked to pay a cleaning fee if the condition of the house is poor.
Cleaning fees are mandatory for all bookings and cleaning is carried out at the end of your stay, but a minimum is obviously required before your departure (checklist provided).
